What if your business compounded — in every direction?
More growth. Deeper relationships. Stronger faith. And a generosity that flows to your employees and reaches people living in poverty on the other side of the world. That’s what Compound Impact Groups is built for.

The 6 Dimensions of Compound Impact
Most business groups focus on one thing. We grow in all of them.
This isn’t a mastermind. It’s a fellowship.
Most peer groups keep things professional. We go deeper. The members of Compound Impact Groups don’t just hold each other accountable to revenue goals — they show up for each other in business, in life, and in faith. Real relationships. Real growth. Real impact.

About Joe
I've spent my career at the intersection of technology, business, and mission. I started as a software engineer, served as CIO for the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, then co-founded a software company that I grew to over $10M in annual recurring revenue before selling it to private equity.
But the moment that changed everything didn't happen in a boardroom. In 2010, I traveled to Uganda — and what I saw there rewired how I think about business and purpose. It led me to found Three Avocados, a non-profit coffee company that funds clean water projects in developing countries. That trip taught me that business, done right, is one of the most powerful forces for good on the planet.
Now I'm taking everything I've learned — the wins, the hard lessons, the faith that held it all together — and investing it into a community of business owners who believe the same thing.
The Vision
Most business groups will help you grow your revenue. Compound Impact Groups was built to do something bigger. I believe that a Christian business owner who is growing spiritually, thinking clearly, leading well, and giving generously doesn't just build a better company — They change the lives of their employees, fund work around the world, and create a legacy that outlasts them. That's the compounding effect I'm after. Not just a bigger business, but a bigger life. This group exists to help you build both.
